Project Description: Construction of a new, approx. 48,000 sqft steel-framed patient services building to be constructed on a site where a building was previously demolished. Previous building was abated and demolished in 2003 and was known as North Hall, Bldg 7. This project is seeking a LEED Silver Rating.
Estimated Value: $17.685 – $18.185 million

Cruise Connections 2018: Connecting Local Businesses with Seattle’s Cruise Industry – Seattle Jan 19
Cruise Connections is a one-day conference to be held in Seattle on January 19, 2018. The Port of Seattle, Cruise Line International Association – Northwest & Canada (CLIA-NWC) and Visit Seattle will co-sponsor the conference. The event will bring together cruise industry representatives with local businesses and tourism partners interested in learning about the industry overall and how to pursue potential business opportunities. This complimentary event is expected to attract about 250 participants.
