Prime Contractor Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. requests quotes from Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Service Providers, including Minority (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE’s) in support of Kiewit’s prime contractor proposal to King County – Waste Water Treatment Division for their Georgetown Wet Weather Treatment Station project in Seattle, Washington.  In accordance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and King County requirements there will be a 10% MBE and 6% WBE  Fair Share Goal on this contract.  More information available at:

Kitsap Transit is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified Consultants to develop “boiler plate” language and templates for its contracts and solicitation documents. Kitsap Transit recently completed a major revision of its Procurement Policies and Procedures to better align its business practices with federal and state regulations and to improve consistency and efficiencies of procedures.   Kitsap Transit desires to have a Consultant assist with developing standard solicitation documents and contracts that incorporate the changes that have been made to our procurement process.

All questions and requests for clarification shall be received NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM June 3rd. Proposals, may be submitted via mail, courier or in person, NO LATER THAN 2 pm, June 16th, 2016.  In your letter of interest, please identify your team and project lead, and indicate your availability for interview on June 29th or 30th during the hours of 8 am to 2 pm.
