About Jessica Kirk – Government Contracting Specialist

Jessica Kirk is the manager of Eastern Washington PTAC at Greater Spokane Incorporated, where she assists companies to expand business through government contracting opportunities. Her previous experience includes 3 years with GSI in the Membership Development Division, earning the lifetime achievement award from the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives Circle of Champions. Her experience also includes eight years as a mortgage broker and foreclosure negotiation specialist, and over 10 years of successful small business ownership with two companies here in the Inland Northwest.
Jessica grew up and currently lives in the Spokane Valley, graduated from Central Valley High School, and attended North Idaho College.
About Ryan Rodin – Government Contracting Specialist
Ryan Rodin is a Government Contracting Specialist with Eastern Washington PTAC at Greater Spokane Incorporated (GSI), where he assists companies looking to expand their business through government contracting. His previous experience includes time with GSI as a project manager, as well as development experience in the non-profit world and community outreach for the local legislators. Ryan graduated from Mt. Spokane High School and Whitworth University and enjoys being involved in his community through a variety of volunteer roles.
