Interpretations of Solicitations

PTAC will help you understand government contracting opportunities by reviewing contract clauses, terms, definitions and requirements. We aim to ensure your interactions with bid target agencies are correct, complete and powerful.

Registrations and Certifications

PTAC counselors can help you obtain the necessary certifications and registrations that may be required to contract with various government agencies and be more competitive in the government marketplace. These include, but are not limited to: 8(a), HUBZone, small disadvantaged, veteran-owned, women-owned and minority-owned.

Training and Seminars

PTAC hosts several training sessions and seminars throughout the year to provide the practical, hands-on information you need to do business with the government. Please see the Events & Workshops tab for a current schedule.

Specifications, Standards and Drawings

PTAC counselors can help you locate the necessary documents to appropriately respond to contractor solicitation requests.

Marketing Assistance

PTAC works with you to determine the key markets for your products and services, and how to best access those markets.

Post Award Assistance

PTAC provides assistance with post-award functions tied to contract performance, such as: requirements for production, quality systems, accounting systems, transportation, packaging, subcontracting, property considerations and government invoicing systems like Wide Area Work Flow.

Computerized Bid Match Service*

Our experts will search numerous government databases for bid leads that match your company’s criteria. Bid leads are sent via email. *Denotes optional fee-based service.
