Ground Service Equipment Inspection – Port of Seattle

Solicitation 00321172 – Ground Service Equipment Inspection

The Port of Seattle (Port) invites qualified firms, or teams of firms, interested in providing Ground Service Equipment Inspection Services.

The Port intends on issuing one (1) project specific contract as a result of this solicitation. The initial period of performance of any Agreement resulting from this solicitation is expected to be three (3) years.

Electronic proposals are due no later than 12:00 PM PST on October 6, 2022, to be considered for this work. A virtual Pre-Proposal Conference via Microsoft Teams will be conducted on September 19, 2022, at 12:00 PM PST. The meeting link can be found within the solicitation.

Title VI solicitation notice

The Port, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all proposers that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will have afforded that disadvantaged business enterprises  had full and fair opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and were not discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.

Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI has a right to file a formal complaint with the Port. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with the Port’s Title VI Coordinator within one hundred eighty (180) days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence. Title VI Discrimination Complaint Forms may be obtained from the office of the Title VI Coordinator at no cost to the complainant by calling (206) 787-4066 or sending an email to [email protected].
